Project Overview

IMS EAST executed the complete electrical installation for a new hyperscale data center in Frankfurt. The project required strict adherence to Tier III standards, ensuring concurrent maintainability and high availability.

Our scope covered the entire low voltage distribution system, from main switchboards to rack PDUs, along with lighting, fire alarm, and security cabling. We implemented a 3-shift rotation to meet the compressed timeline and utilized pre-fabricated assemblies to reduce on-site installation time.

Scope of Works

• Installation of main LV switchboards (4000A) and sub-distribution boards.
• Containment systems installation (ladder rack, basket tray, trunking).
• Power cabling for IT loads (busbar trunking systems).
• General and emergency lighting systems (DALI control).
• Fire detection and aspiration systems cabling.
